Service Charge
Electrum has two options to choose from when using a debit card or credit card, pre-set amounts or choose your desired exact amount of digital gold e-currency. Digital gold e-currency is available at pre-set amounts from $100.00 minimum order to $1200.00 per transaction for credit or debit card. The service charge fee for credit or debit cards are pre-set amounts that range from $48.00 to $475.00 USD as shown on the electrumx.com order page. Electrum also has listed on the secure order page specific desired amounts ranging from $50.00 to $3000.00 and the service charge is a set amount as shown on the electrumx.com order page.x
Electrum charges a $25.00 annual member fee and is additional (not a reoccurring charge) which includes ordering from Electrum, set up of account and providing immediate service and you become a **Verified Member**. We also mail to you specials and updates along with this service. You also receive $25.00 Liberty Reserve every time you refer someone to ElectrumX.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and private information. We Have Security Measures for Credit Card and Bank Deposit Protection, yet we take no responsibility for your transaction over the internet. At no time will Electrum or representatives make your information available to third parties other than the Credit Card Merchant Services or your Bank Card Provider. We do not disclose your information to third parties unless it is the result of fraud from an order or exchange made with Electrum or a legal issue or government authority demand. For anti-fraud issues, when you order gold or digital currency from Electrum all your personal details (except credit card information) will be available, on demand to e-gold management, or any other e-currency or digital currency provider for cross verification.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once your order has been completed and you receive in your account E-Gold or Liberty Reserve there are no refunds or return exchanges. All completed orders of digital currency, e-currency, or exchanges are nonrefundable. Electrum reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at its sole discretion. At your request we will entertain buying your e-currency.

Fraud Policy
Internet credit/debit card fraud, bank deposits, false identification of documents and false electronic fund transfers, is punishable by law in the United States and foreign jurisdictions; you could be prosecuted with a fine and imprisonment. We reserve the right to report any fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.
When placing an order, the geographic location of your computer has been determined, and recorded. Card fraud and banking fraud are felonies, punishable by heavy fines and jail time.
Agreement
I agree to pay a service charge to Electrum in exchange for the purchase of digital gold e-currency sent to my E-Gold, Liberty Reserve, EuroGoldCash or C-Gold account and I authorize Electrum or our Merchant Services Provider to charge my credit/debit card or process my bank deposit for the amount requested and ordered by me from electrumx.com order page. I certify the information provided is correct including my name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card or bank deposit, account information for E-Gold, Liberty Reserve, EuroGoldCash and C-Gold. I further agree that I will not charge back my credit/debit card and or place a stop on my bank deposit, money order or cashiers check payment once I have received E-Gold, Liberty Reserve, EuroGoldCash, C-Gold from Electrum and I fully accept all service charges by Electrum available at electrumx.com. I agree that I am responsible to provide all correct information to Electrum and take full responsibility for any errors on my part for spends to E-gold, Liberty Reserve, EuroGoldCash, C-Gold and I further agree that Electrum is not responsible or liable for devaluation of funds during the order or exchange transaction of digital gold e-currency. I agree to collect, remit all applicable taxes and indemnify Electrum for all tax requirements, payments, tariffs or other governmental charges. I will indemnify and hold harmless Electrum from any claims resulting from any and all transactions and from third parties. If legal litigation is required, all cost of collections including attorney fees are recoverable by Electrum.
READ CAREFULLY. I have performed due diligence in any program, entity or person in which I may send or transfer my digital gold ecurrency to.
I also understand and agree that Electrum and ElectrumX.com is an independent market maker selling e-currency and has no affiliation with E-Gold, Liberty Reserve, EuroGoldCash, C-Gold or any person, investment or program in which I may send, transfer or spend my digital gold e-currency.
