I certify the information provided is correct including my name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card or bank deposit, account information for E-Gold and E-Bullion. I further agree that I will not charge back my credit/debit card and or place a stop on my bank deposit, money order or cashiers check payment once I have received E-Gold or E-Bullion from Electrum and I fully accept all service charges by Electrum available at electrumx.com. I agree that I am responsible to provide all correct information to Electrum and take full responsibility for any errors on my part for spends to E-gold or E-Bullion and I further agree that Electrum is not responsible or liable for devaluation of funds during the order or exchange transaction of digital currency/ e-currency. I agree to collect, remit all applicable taxes and indemnify Electrum for all tax requirements, payments, tariffs or other governmental charges. I will indemnify and hold harmless Electrum from any claims resulting from any and all transactions and from third parties.
